Internationally acclaimed and the world’s leading manufacturer of progressive tyre production machinery – VMI of The Netherlands has announced the opening of two additional manufacturing halls at their facilities in Lezsno Poland. The company has also confirmed the appointment of Ms Magda Sadowska as General Manager of the Lezsno plant.
Magda is an expert in lean manufacturing and quality systems and together with Mr Jos van Oosterbosch built the Lezsno factory and is responsible for a skilled and motivated workforce of over 150 people.
The VMI Poland facility opened in 2017 to further enhance the group’s global production activities including continued growth and already plans for a ‘second phase’ of the factory that will effectively double the size of the plant are expected to be brought forward.
