Tiger Wheel & Tyre has once again taken the top spot in the Ask Africa Orange Index® awards for Service Excellence in the Vehicle Consumables Industry category. That makes it the fourth consecutive win for South Africa’s most trusted wheel and tyre company.
The Ask Africa Orange Index® is an annual research survey that has been taking the measure of service providers since 2001. The survey, which tracks customer experience as well as changing trends and expectations, uniquely takes into consideration the local context – the South African essence of the customers it speaks to. In 2019, some 15,699 customers were interviewed and service levels compared across 31 industries and 181 companies.
