Since 2018  the revolutionary E-CUBE, a totally unique 48 volt lightweight and innovative tyre servicing unit was launched by Netherlands based TechnoMarketing Group (TMG) into the increasingly expanding mobile tyre fitment market around the world it has evolved on an almost continuous basis.

As part of TMG’s ongoing determined ambition to give all mobile tyre fitting teams with the ‘absolute’ ultimate in tyre replacement machinery fitted on board their servicing vehicles. E-CUBE has continually added many further innovative features including the following.

The ‘priceless’ ability to fit tyres within the complete safety of a tyre fitter’s own  service vehicle, a unique battery cartridge system that slides in and out of its frame and swiftly alternates in operation from being semi-automatic to fully automatic mode (as required) to ensure reassuring adaptability to any tyre fitment requirement. E-CUBE can also professionally fit any tyre from 10 inches up to 24 inches within a maximum 40 inch wheel diameter.

Other equally important functional features include a pneumatic helper arm, digital start/stop inflation system, a motorised or hand spin fold up balancer, touch-screen  router and PC, pneumatic spindle, automatic  insert and retractable bead press rollers, wheel rest for ergonomic positioning, a battery management system and monitoring module, 60 ft air tank, foot control station and 9 bar/1.1kw compressor. At the same time E-CUBE requires just 1.1 square millimetre of floor space.

This market changing piece of equipment in innovative mobile tyre fitment facilities has continually evolved with new features and benefits on a regular basis and TMG has also recently launched yet another impressive improvement to the product – an emergency charge solution for stranded electric vehicles or other mobile power activities.

Ralph Dubbeldam, Managing Director of TMG says, “E-CUBE is now in its fourth design generation and this year this highly successful and popular product  has further accelerated its status in the market during the second quarter of this year including the confirmation of two new distributors being confirmed in New Zealand, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Therefore despite a very challenging current economic climate TMG has maintained its annual target for 2021 already by June which is very encouraging. With several interesting projects firmly about to be launched in the near future we move forward to the third quarter of the year with very confident optimism.

“It is also encouraging to acknowledge that our customer base continues to increase as although our typical E-CUBE sales momentum  is focused on traditional tyre service units. TMG are now delivering the equipment to an ever-growing number of mobile car care service providers who looking for an emphasis on overall dimensions, size and a ‘Green footprint at their customer’s driveway. Also leading international  tyre producer Nexen are currently moving forward their current introduction of their Nexen Next Level Go Associate Dealer Project in partnership with E-CUBE to ultimately service their VIP clients.”

The outstanding ongoing development of E-CUBE will continue to gather momentum on a regular basis to keep in focus the products global reputation as the new dynamic generation of mobile tyre fitment facilities with additional profit making services.
