On Saturday, 1 March, Hi-Q Tyres and Autocare opened its new store in Montana, Pretoria. Dwayne Strydon is the owner the new store and he boasts 14 years in the autobody repairs and a few more in the motor industry.

Dwayne, stated, “My adventure began 17 years ago in the motor industry and continued for 14 years in the autobody repair shop. I saw a significant chance with the Hi-Q brand to open Hi-Q Montana, and I believe it will be a huge success. This is one of my first branches, and I am not ruling out the possibility of further expansion.”

Initially, the location and proximity to the Montana retail area are advantageous and crucial to the new store location, as this may result in more traffic to the shop.

Adri Koegelenberg, Hi-Q’s National Operations Manager, was present at the store’s launch and took the opportunity to welcome the new store owner Dwayne Strydon and his team to the Hi-Q family, wishing them the best of luck with their new business venture.

She continued by saying “Bringing this store to the community has been a journey and it wouldn’t have been possible without the commitment of Dwayne and his team, the Hi-Q team, suppliers and of course, all of you – our future customers”.

“We’re here to provide excellent products/services and become a part of this amazing community.  A great thank you to Dwayne and his staff for making today possible.  Your hard work and dedication have brought us to this special moment,” Adri stated as she led the official ribbon cutting and officially opened the shop for business.

The store manager of Hi-Q Montana shared his excitement about becoming a part of the Hi-Q family and expressed confidence that the store is situated in a business-friendly location.  “Just by virtue of our location, we anticipate a significant turnaround in this shop,” he continued.

It came as no surprise that customers began bringing their vehicles into the workshop as soon as the shop opened its doors, indicating the demand and convenience Hi-Q provides to its larger customer base.
