The company said the move reflects a phase of growth and transformation across its global operations.

BKT detailed a new brand framework that separates its corporate identity from two business areas: BKT Tires and BKT Carbon. The company said the move reflects a phase of growth and transformation across its global operations.

The BKT brand framework distinguishes the corporate dimension from specialized business units. BKT Tires covers tire operations across B2B and B2C markets. BKT Carbon focuses on carbon black and related industrial materials.

Framework and Corporate Motto

BKT said the structure highlights its industrial specialization and makes its business architecture more recognizable. The company reaffirmed its corporate motto, “Growing Together,” as central to its vision and culture.

“Growing Together is the foundation of our identity,” said Arvind Poddar, chairman and managing director, BKT. “It embodies our industrial journey and our responsibility towards everyone who is part of our ecosystem. It will continue to guide both our long-term vision and our global development.”

BKT Tires Expands B2B and B2C Scope

BKT Tires represents the company’s tire business across global applications. In B2B, it includes offerings for agricultural, OTR and mining, industrial and port handling, earthmoving and commercial vehicle sectors. It also covers ATV and lawn and garden lines for operational and professional use.

In B2C, part of BKT’s 2030 growth strategy, BKT Tires will include solutions for individual mobility. These include tires for two-wheelers, such as motorcycles and scooters, and progressively the passenger car segment.

“This evolution is a fundamental step for our development in the consumer segment,” said Satish Sharma, senior president and director of business development and strategy, BKT. “With BKT Tires we can address the B2C market in a more direct and recognizable way, highlighting our technical competencies also in the two-wheeler and passenger segments. It is a step that strengthens our presence with the end consumer and supports our growth strategy in mobility markets.”

BKT Carbon Consolidates Industrial Activities

BKT Carbon consolidates the company’s business dedicated to producing carbon black for multiple industrial applications. In addition to serving as a pillar of BKT’s integrated supply chain, BKT Carbon operates as an autonomous industrial entity with strategic relevance across sectors that use carbon black as a key raw material.

“In recent years our Group has reached such a scale and complexity that a more structured representation is required at the brand level as well,” said Rajiv Poddar, joint managing director, BKT. “BKT Tires brings immediate recognition of our leadership in the tire sector, while BKT Carbon highlights strategic industrial competency that extends beyond our historical core business. This evolution aligns the brand system with the reality of our growth.”

Rollout of New Brand Architecture

BKT said the new architecture distinguishes the corporate dimension—vision, governance and responsibility—from business units that represent specialization, technology and manufacturing capability in complementary areas. The company will progressively integrate the approach into all corporate and business communications.
